Stefan Roubas, Sensei (Head Instructor)

3rd Dan Goju-Ryu & Kobudo Weapon Training.

Son of Shihan Andrew Roubas (6th Dan) and Anna Roubas (1st Dan), Stefan had little choice but to start Goju-Ryu in 1983 at the age of 6 years old. Trained in Japan with Seiwakai Goju-Ryu group.

Black Belt at age 13. Stefan entered his debut tournament in 1994 and won the UKFA State Title at age 17 in continuous sparring. Since then he has competed in numerous tournaments including the UKFA Titles, World Congress Martial Arts Comp, Battle of Champions (full contact), Ultimate Challenge, and was a regular competitor of the NAS, CCP, ISKA, UKFA tournament circuits. Stefan is also a qualified tournament official with the Australian Martial Arts Championships (AMAC). Trained in Japan in 2008.
