17-Jun-2006 - 1st Degree Black Belt (Shodan).
20-May-2004 - Black Belt (Shodan Ho).
Received the Appreciation Award for contribution to Karate Instruction in 2005. Frank is considered the academy's most dedicated Weapon Student. Sensei Frank also brings a smile to all the younger students when he instructs the class due to his fun, but realistic approach to teaching. Frank is also a Tournament Official who assisted in the 2006-07 NAS tournament circuit.
